In recent years, the Valyans Foundation has chosen a preferred partner for its educational activities: The Al Ikram Association.<\/p>\n

Created in 1996 and recognized as a non-profit organisation. It works to reintegrate disadvantaged people into society, education and the workplace. Its actions are structured around 3 strategic pillars:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Training and Professional Integration with the Al Ikram Lil Amal program<\/h4>\n

It targets young people at BAC to BAC+2 who have not had the opportunity to enter the job market. This short retraining course in sales skills gives them an extra edge with recruiters. At the end of the year, we organize a speed recruiting event for each graduating class, inviting HR managers to meet the candidates. To date, 80% of our young people have been integrated into companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
