We are seeking a <strong>skilled, rigorous PMO Consultant with excellent project management capabilities<\/strong>, ready to structure and oversee strategic, high-impact projects.<\/p>\n<p>Joining Valyans as a PMO Consultant means contributing to large-scale missions, structuring complex project governance, and evolving within a team of passionate and supportive experts.<\/p>\n<h4>Your Role<\/h4>\n<p>As a PMO Consultant, you will play a key role in structuring, overseeing, and monitoring strategic or transformation projects for both public and private sector clients. Your main responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"76\" data-end=\"100\"><strong data-start=\"76\" data-end=\"100\">Structuring the PMO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop project management methodologies, tools, and standards (planning, budget monitoring, reporting).<\/li>\n<li>Set up steering committees, monitoring committees, and working groups required for the PMO and ensure the animation of project governance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"384\"><strong data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"384\">Operational project management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"569\">Ensure progress monitoring (milestones, deliverables, risks, alerts).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"569\">Prepare recommendation and reporting materials, alerts, and dashboards intended for Top Management or partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"601\"><strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"601\">Support for project teams:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"756\">Support business teams in planning and executing their work.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"756\">Facilitate coordination between the different stakeholders (internal, external, partners).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"798\"><strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"798\">Change management and communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"964\">Contribute to the change management strategy: stakeholder mapping, communication plan, training.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"964\">Anticipate resistance and propose appropriate engagement actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Your Team<\/h4>\n<p>You will join a dynamic and collaborative team of committed consultants passionate about their work.
