CGEM Launches the “Responsible SME” Label: A New Milestone for Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Morocco
Continuing its commitment to a more inclusive and sustainable economy, the CGEM has officially launched the “Responsible SME” Label, an innovative framework designed to support Moroccan small and medium enterprises in their responsible transformation journey.
Led by the CSR & Diversity Commission, chaired by our CEO, this label complements CGEM’s existing CSR label by offering a framework tailored to the specificities of SMEs.
A Structured Framework Built on Five Key Pillars
The “Responsible SME” Label is based on a structured framework organized around five fundamental pillars, covering all dimensions of corporate social responsibility:
- Employment and Labor Rights Compliance – Promoting good HR practices and workplace well-being
- Customer Service Quality – Excellence in customer relations and user satisfaction
- Responsible Supplier Relations – Developing an ethical and sustainable business ecosystem
- Corruption Prevention and Transparency – Ethical governance and transparent practices
- Environmental Preservation – Ecological commitment and controlled environmental impact
A Progressive and Accessible Approach
