VALYANS’ VALUES AND AMBITIONS ARE ALSO EXPRESSED IN A STRONG COMMITMENT TO CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THE VALYANS FOUNDATION.

In recent years, the Valyans Foundation has chosen a preferred partner for its educational activities: The Al Ikram Association.

Created in 1996 and recognized as a non-profit organisation. It works to reintegrate disadvantaged people into society, education and the workplace. Its actions are structured around 3 strategic pillars:

Training and Professional Integration with the Al Ikram Lil Amal program

It targets young people at BAC to BAC+2 who have not had the opportunity to enter the job market. This short retraining course in sales skills gives them an extra edge with recruiters. At the end of the year, we organize a speed recruiting event for each graduating class, inviting HR managers to meet the candidates. To date, 80% of our young people have been integrated into companies.

Social Entrepreneurship, with the Ressourc’In program and the creation of the KOUN brand

This is the first social enterprise in Morocco, the principle of which is based on the training of young people, in precarious situations, in green professions and on the recovery and recycling of plastic and fabric waste. And this, to make them interior decorative objects whose sales profits go to these young entrepreneurs.

Strengthening the Capacity of Families with the Maison des Parents program

An innovative program that supports young parents, and more particularly mothers, to improve their skills in terms of education, hygiene and the stimulation of the psychological capacities of their children.

Valyans’ corporate culture is rooted in the professional field and is strengthened through more personal civic engagement.
