At Valyans, we believe good leadership isn’t improvised; it is built, practiced, and shared. In this spirit, we recently held the “People Management – Manager Coach” training, a transformative workshop for all those who currently have, or will soon take on, managerial roles within our firm.
Two Days to Strengthen Our Management Practices
