Valyans Consulting had the pleasure of engaging with students at the École Hassania des Travaux Publics (EHTP) as part of our academic partnership initiatives, to discuss careers in transformation consulting and the major development challenges shaping Morocco’s future.
Concrete discussions around high-impact missions
During this session, we shared our vision of strategic and operational consulting and highlighted the consultant’s role in supporting large-scale, high-impact projects that contribute to economic and social development.
The discussions notably covered:
- our areas of expertise and consulting approach;
- how consulting helps structure and secure complex transformation journeys;
- the tangible impact of the transformations we deliver alongside our clients.
Engaging with the next generation of talent
This meeting also provided an opportunity for direct dialogue with curious, ambitious and engaged students eager to better understand the realities of the profession: consultant mindset, methodologies, teamwork dynamics, and the key learnings expected at the beginning of a consulting career.
We also presented Valyans Consulting’s core values — Excellence, Commitment and Niyya — as well as our career opportunities for those who aspire to contribute to Morocco’s most strategic transformation projects.
