A graduate of ESSEC, Saadia Slaoui Bennani joined Valyans Consulting at its inception as a consultant. Her career within the firm has been marked by steady progression: she became Associate Director in 2006, Deputy Managing Director in 2012, and was appointed Chairwoman & CEO in 2018.
Under her leadership, Valyans has strengthened its position as a leading player serving major corporations, public institutions, and investors committed to the economic and social transformation of Morocco and the African continent. With her extensive experience in strategic consulting, Saadia Slaoui Bennani has supported numerous organizations in defining and implementing their development trajectories, combining long-term vision with operational grounding.
Beyond her responsibilities at Valyans Consulting, Saadia Slaoui Bennani is actively engaged in the country’s economic and social life. In 2019, His Majesty King Mohammed VI appointed her as a member of the Special Commission on the New Development Model (CSMD), where she contributed to national reflections on the levers of inclusive and sustainable development.
Since 2023, she has served as Vice-President of the CGEM and chairs the “Responsible and Corporate Citizenship Enterprises” Commission, which she had already led since 2020. Her commitment also extends to chairing the Al Ikram Association – Valyans Foundation, a recognized public-interest foundation dedicated to education and the professional integration of youth and women.

NAWAL KHAYATEI HOUSSAINI

Nawal Khayatei
Senior Partner – Digital & Transformation
Nawal Khayatei is a Senior Partner at Valyans Consulting, leading the Digital and Transformation practice. Her consulting experience has been built through the management of large-scale transformation projects driven by business model redefinition, performance improvement, organizational restructuring, IT systems redesign, and digital transformation.
She has advised major players across various industries, including financial services (banks, insurance companies, microfinance institutions, etc.), industrial sectors, retail, and oil & gas. In the public sector, she has managed projects within several government agencies and public institutions.
Nawal has also acquired strong expertise in managing post-merger integration projects.
Before joining Valyans, she worked for Shell North Africa as an internal consultant, where she was in charge of the deployment of depots and marketing data warehouse projects. She graduated from Ecole Mohammedia des Ingénieurs, completed the Executive Management Program at ISCAE, and attended several specialized trainings on Chief Digital Officer roles, business models, and innovation.

SALIM SEKKAT

Salim Sekkat
Partner – Corporate Finance
A graduate of the University of Regensburg in Germany with a major in finance, Salim Sekkat joined Valyans Consulting in 2009 after gaining five years of experience in corporate restructuring at Helbling Corporate Finance.
During his early years at Valyans, he led several strategic assignments for the government, as well as opportunity studies for public institutions and enterprises.
In 2016, he was promoted to Partner and took the lead of the firm’s Corporate Finance practice. In this role, he has overseen diverse operations including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, fundraising, public-private partnerships, and asset placements.

KENZA DADI

Kenza Dadi
Partner – Strategy & Marketing
A graduate of ESCP Europe – Grande École Program, Kenza Dadi has 14 years of experience in marketing strategy within multinational corporations in Europe and North Africa. After 11 years of international experience with Danone, Kraft Foods (Mondelez), and P&G (France, Western Europe, Maghreb), she held the position of Strategic and Operational Marketing Director at P&G Maghreb.
She then spent four years running her own consulting practice before joining Valyans in 2019 as a Partner.

AMINA EL HALOUI

Amina El Haloui
A graduate of HEC Paris, Amina El Haloui joined Valyans Consulting in 2017, following a successful first experience in strategy consulting.
For several years, she has been supporting major public and private stakeholders in defining their strategic directions and implementing large-scale organizational and sectoral transformations.
Her career within the firm has enabled her to build deep expertise in the energy, industry, and sustainable development sectors, thereby strengthening Valyans’ ability to address the economic and environmental challenges of the future.
