In a warm and inspiring atmosphere, Valyans Consulting organized, on March 24, 2025, an engaging event with students from Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, under the theme: “From Consulting to Impact: Successfully Transforming Moroccan Enterprises.”

Organized in partnership with the Africa Business School and the student club African Consulting Club, the event reflected a shared ambition to bring students closer to the world of strategic consulting and raise awareness of the transformation challenges faced by Morocco’s leading companies.

The event began with a presentation of Valyans, highlighting:

• Its mission and core values
• Its multisectoral expertise
• Its key role in supporting both private enterprises and public institutions in Morocco

This introduction was followed by a rich exchange between Valyans consultants and the students, focused on high-impact transformation levers.

Through real-life case studies, Valyans experts shared:

• Their on-the-ground experience
• Their approach to sustainable, co-designed consulting
• The challenges of driving organizational change within Moroccan institutions

Participants asked insightful questions about:

• The key skills required to succeed as a consultant
• Career opportunities within the firm

This direct dialogue created a real bridge between future young leaders and the practice of high-impact strategic consulting.

The evening concluded with a warm ftour (breakfast meal after sunset), fostering informal conversations and networking. Students and professionals shared a convivial moment, continuing their discussions in a friendly atmosphere.

Through this event, Valyans reaffirms its commitment to supporting emerging talent and to actively contributing to the transformation of Moroccan organizations through high-value strategic consulting.
