PMO Senior Consultant – Casablanca or Rabat

Joining Valyans as a PMO Consultant means contributing to large-scale missions, structuring complex project governance, and evolving within a team of passionate and supportive experts.

Your Role

As a PMO Consultant, you will play a key role in structuring, overseeing, and monitoring strategic or transformation projects for both public and private sector clients. Your main responsibilities include:

Structuring the PMO:

• Develop project management methodologies, tools, and standards (planning, budget monitoring, reporting).
• Set up steering committees, monitoring committees, and working groups required for the PMO and ensure the animation of project governance.

Operational project management:

• Ensure progress monitoring (milestones, deliverables, risks, alerts).
• Prepare recommendation and reporting materials, alerts, and dashboards intended for Top Management or partners.

Support for project teams:

• Support business teams in planning and executing their work.
• Facilitate coordination between the different stakeholders (internal, external, partners).

Change management and communication:

• Contribute to the change management strategy: stakeholder mapping, communication plan, training.
• Anticipate resistance and propose appropriate engagement actions.

Your Qualifications

• Education:
  • Graduate of a leading business school, engineering school, or prestigious university
  • Specialization in strategy, organization, program management, or transformation
• Experience:
  • 4 to 7 years of consulting experience on program management, PMO, or transformation missions
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strategic significance
• Technical Skills:
  • Excellent mastery of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, collaborative tools)
  • Strong ability to structure, analyze, synthesize, and communicate information
  • Excellent meeting facilitation and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to operate in complex, multi-actor environments with high political or strategic stakes
  • Perfect command of French (written & oral)
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
  • Leadership and ability to inspire a team
  • Initiative and autonomy in managing missions
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong relational skills and collaborative spirit

Recruitment Process

• Interview #1: Preliminary discussion with the HR Director about your background, profile and motivations – 30 to 45 min
• Interviews #2 and #3: Interviews with a Manager, Senior Manager, or Principal (including case study resolution) – 1 hour each
• Interview #4: Closing interview with the CEO – 30 min
