Junior Consultant – Casablanca

Your Role

As a Junior Consultant, you actively contribute to our engagements under the supervision of more experienced team members. You will be involved in:

• Conducting analyses, processing data, performing benchmarks, and structuring information
• Contributing to strategic and operational recommendations grounded in sectoral and institutional realities
• Producing clear, structured, and high-quality deliverables in line with the firm’s standards
• Supporting the scoping, management, and implementation of recommendations
• Contributing to a demanding and constructive working relationship with clients and internal teams, based on reliability, commitment, and impact

Profile

• Education:
  • Graduate of a leading business school, engineering school, or reputable university
  • Specialization in strategy, transformation, finance, or management
• Experience:
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in consulting (strategy, organization, transformation) or in analytical roles within companies
  • One or more internships in a consulting firm is a strong asset
  • Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or market research is appreciated
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex problems
  • Proficiency in modeling and analysis tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools)
  • Good understanding of economic and strategic challenges
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Rigor and respect for deadlines in deliverable production
  • Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and sense of responsibility
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and willingness to learn
  • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability
  • Critical thinking, strong synthesis skills, and results orientation

Recruitment Process

• Interview 1: Introductory discussion with HR – 30 to 45 minutes
• Interviews 2 & 3: Interviews with a Manager, Senior Manager, or Principal (including a case study) – 1 hour each
• Interview 4: Final interview with the Chairwoman & CEO – 30 minutes
