Senior Consultant – Casablanca

Your Role

As a Senior Consultant, you play a pivotal role between execution and leadership. You ensure the quality and impact of engagements while contributing to the growth of both teams and the firm. Specifically, you will:

• Structure and drive engagement dynamics with high standards of quality, clarity, and results
• Provide senior insight on analyses and deliverables to support decision-making and implementation
• Develop junior consultants by embodying methodological rigor, professional standards, and performance expectations
• Contribute to trusted client relationships by facilitating alignment, anticipating key issues, and maintaining high standards of delivery
• Act as a proactive contributor by bringing forward ideas, approaches, and tools that enhance client value and maximize impact
• Actively participate in the firm’s development through business development efforts, recruitment, and high-impact internal initiatives

Profile

• Education:
  • Graduate of a leading business school, engineering school, or reputable university
  • Specialization in strategy, transformation, finance, or management
• Experience:
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting or in analytical project roles within companies
  • Proven experience in project management and supervision of junior teams
  • Sectoral or functional expertise is considered a strong differentiator
• Technical Skills:
  • Ability to structure complex problems and formulate actionable recommendations
  • Effective management of multidimensional projects and team coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong ability to prepare and present strategic deliverables
  • Ability to influence and convince clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Leadership and ability to mobilize and inspire teams

Recruitment Process

• Interview 1: Discussion with HR – 30 to 45 minutes
• Interviews 2 & 3: With a Manager, Senior Manager, or Principal (including a case study) – 1 hour each
• Interview 4: Final interview with the Chairwoman & CEO – 30 minutes
