Intern Consultant – Casablanca or Rabat

Your Role

Just like a junior consultant, the intern consultant actively contributes to our assignments, supervised by more experienced consultants. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting analyses, processing data, carrying out benchmarks, and structuring information
• Contributing to strategic and operational recommendations, grounded in sector and institutional realities
• Participating in the production of clear, structured, and high-quality deliverables, in line with the firm’s standards
• Supporting the scoping, steering, and implementation of formulated recommendations
• Contributing to a demanding and constructive working relationship with clients and internal teams, based on reliability, commitment, and the pursuit of impact

Desired Profile

• Education:
  • ESSEC student or graduate
  • Specialization in strategy, transformation, finance, or management is a plus
• Experience:
  • 0 to 2 years of experience (internships included) in consulting (strategy, organization, transformation) or in a corporate role on analytical topics
  • One or more internships at a consulting firm are an asset
  • Exposure to data analysis, financial modeling, or market research is valued
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex problems
  • Good understanding of economic and strategic issues
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral) in French
  • Rigor and reliability
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity
  • Curiosity, adaptability, ability to synthesize, and results orientation
  • Proficiency in deliverables and tools, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
