Your Role

The Junior Consultant actively participates in development, transformation, and performance improvement projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analyses and formulating strategic recommendations
  • Supporting operational implementation
  • Producing high-quality deliverables on time and incorporating feedback rigorously
  • Ensuring effective communication and proactively addressing challenges
  • Building strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams

Your Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school, or renowned university
    • Specialization in strategy, finance, transformation, or management
    • A dual competency in data analytics, digital transformation, or finance is advantageous
  • Experience:
    • 0-3 years experience in consulting (strategy, organization, transformation) or analytical roles in corporations
    • Previous internships in consulting are a significant asset
    • Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or market research is highly valued
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems
    • Proficiency in modeling and analytical tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools)
    • Good understanding of economic and strategic challenges
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
    • Rigorous with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
    • Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and sense of responsibility
    • Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn
    • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability
    • Critical thinking, synthesis ability, and result-oriented mindset

Recruitment Process

  • Interview #1: Initial discussion with HR Director – 30 to 45 minutes
  • Interviews #2 and #3: Discussions with Manager, Senior Manager, or Principal, including case studies – 1 hour each
  • Interview #4: Closing discussion with CEO – 30 minutes
