Senior Consultant – Casablanca

We are seeking experienced Senior Consultants who can independently manage mission scopes, mentor junior team members, and actively contribute to the firm’s development.

Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, your key responsibilities include:
- Executing, structuring, and managing consulting assignments
- Ensuring quality analyses and rigorous deliverables
- Mentoring junior consultants (providing methodology, constructive feedback, professional guidance)
- Developing specialized sectoral, functional, or technological expertise
- Facilitating effective client relationships and meetings
- Actively participating in firm initiatives (business opportunities, internal activities, recruitment)

Your Qualifications
- Education:
- Graduate from a top business school, engineering school, or renowned university
- Specialization in strategy, finance, economics, management, or related fields
- Dual expertise in data analytics, digital transformation, or finance is advantageous
- Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in consulting or analytical projects in corporations
- Confirmed experience in project management and mentoring junior teams
- Sectoral or functional expertise is a significant advantage
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to structure complex problems and provide actionable recommendations
- Effective management of multidimensional projects and team coordination
- Capability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering strategic presentations
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools; SQL skills are a plus
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Leadership and ability to unite teams around common goals
- Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Results-driven with effective pressure management

Recruitment Process
- Interview #1: Initial discussion with HR Director – 30 to 45 minutes
- Interviews #2 and #3: Discussions with a Manager, Senior Manager, or Principal (including case studies) – 1 hour each
- Interview #4: Final interview with the CEO – 30 minutes
